We are prior Volvo owners, so we expect a lot from a dealer. Our salesman, Nebil Sado, was excellent - 5 Stars. As was the young Digital Assistant who taught us the electric / automatic systems -- w dealer. Our salesman, Nebil Sado, was excellent - 5 Stars. As was the young Digital Assistant who taught us the electric / automatic systems -- we have come back twice for his instruction and plan a 3rd visit after a short trip last weekend. The car windshield had soap or dirt residue on the inside. I went out with window spray to clean the inside / outside of the windshield before our trip. Also, we offered to have the dealer keep the car one more day to apply sales purchased tints and remove the roof bars - now it will be weeks to accommodate busy schedules (ours & tint contractor). We are happy with the car and would recommend this dealership. One Note: I suggest you take a few minutes near the completion of the transaction and consider if there any "throw in" items or accommodations you want. I was sticker charged $395 for the installed (and un-wanted) roof luggage bars. I tried to get a price reduction by offering them back - no deal. I should have made their removal before sale a condition for agreeing to the purchase - I did not. Now I will have to pay for dealer labor to get them removed (without injuring the finish). More

My car buying experience with Lexus San Diego was quite positive and smooth. My initial point of contact was with salesman Omar, for pre-owned models, but they were sold before I knew it. As I flew in from outside the area to make my purchase, Art Cervantes, salesman took over and presented a selection of both new and pre-owned models and I chose a new 2026 NX350h, premium model. Communication through text, phone calls and in-person was clear and straight forward. Vehicle was held for me upon credit approval and confirmation of flight. Pricing compared with other dealers was quite good with no surprises. Keith Hernandez, Finance Manager, presented maintenance and warranty plan options with no pressure to purchase. He arranged for my financing ahead of time at an excellent rate, much better than I expected. I would look to purchase from Lexus San Diego in the future. More
