IFor a Lexus dealership which charges a ridiculous amount for maintenance, the facility is remarkably short of creature comforts. No practical tables or workstations for business people. Coffee machine bro for maintenance, the facility is remarkably short of creature comforts. No practical tables or workstations for business people. Coffee machine broken. No food or snacks of any kind. I know Covid restricts amenities, but my Ford dealership is head and shoulders above them. Also, 2+ hours for an oil change while I wait is crazy. On the plus side the people are very friendly people. Loaner cars available. Good text alerts. Good car wash. More
