The staff are very quick to greet you and check out your car. I ran over a big sheet of plastic on the freeway and it got wrapped around the driveshaft, so I had to bring my car in. The estimate for just looking at the problem was over $100, but they gave my wife and I a free loaner car (it was the last car there). About three hours later I got a call that that they not only fixed the problem, but that there would be no charge. We were super pleased about that! I can’t recommend this Lexus dealer enough. More
