I visited 6 dealerships in my search for a mid range luxury sedan and this one, in terms of customer service experience, was the worst. I wanted to lease a Lexus IS, not a car guy so I don’t know all th luxury sedan and this one, in terms of customer service experience, was the worst. I wanted to lease a Lexus IS, not a car guy so I don’t know all that but I did my research and read great stuff about this model, plus it’s not going to break my wallet. We were asked if we can even afford it and how good our credit scores are. My husband was pretty offended but i didn’t care much until the salesman refused to get up from his seat and show us where the IS models were parked. He simply told me that they were on “this side of the lot, go and see them”. Wow? Just wow. The level of laziness was crazy that day. So we walked out back to our car and left. I hope others get better experience and if your going to provide decent customer experience don’t ask if we can afford it, why the xxxx would anyone go to a Lexus dealership if they can’t afford it. More
