My car buying experience with Lexus San Diego was quite positive and smooth. My initial point of contact was with salesman Omar, for pre-owned models, but they were sold before I knew it. As I flew in from outside the area to make my purchase, Art Cervantes, salesman took over and presented a selection of both new and pre-owned models and I chose a new 2026 NX350h, premium model. Communication through text, phone calls and in-person was clear and straight forward. Vehicle was held for me upon credit approval and confirmation of flight. Pricing compared with other dealers was quite good with no surprises. Keith Hernandez, Finance Manager, presented maintenance and warranty plan options with no pressure to purchase. He arranged for my financing ahead of time at an excellent rate, much better than I expected. I would look to purchase from Lexus San Diego in the future. More

10K service provided on an all electric vehicle. Paperwork indicated 1) that the vehicle would be washed, and 2) summary of the visit would be sent. As has been par for the course with Lexus in recent years, neither of those things took place. We have been loyal to Lexus not only because of the vehicles we have owned but because the customer service was exemplary when we purchased our first Lexus in the 1990's. But something as simple as vacuuming carpets and washing the outside no longer takes place. Do I know whether they did all of the other things expected in this service visit? More
