I brought my car for an oil change. Last time when I was there, they marked on inspection recommendation sheet that I will have to replace my break pads soon. And again, after this recent visit, inspection recommendation sheet says my break pads need to be replaced. So my questions are: who and how does the inspection? Did they even look at the pads? Or this is an scam try, to perform unnecessary service? More
