I brought my car for an oil change. Last time when I was there, they marked on inspection recommendation sheet that I will have to replace my break pads soon. I did that a week before my recent visit at this dealership, using my mechanic, so Lexus of Arlington doesn't have this break pads change in their record. And again, after this recent visit, inspection recommendation sheet says my break pads need to be replaced. So my questions are: who and how does the inspection? Did they even look at the pads? Or this is an scam try, to perform unnecessary service? More

The 5 star rating is mainly due to Lori Devega my service advisor. She really does give over the top individual service and makes me feel like the extra money I paid for Lexus brand is well worth it. I’m very satisfied with the work that was done and even Jason the porter ( I think that was his name) who picked up my car and delivered the loaner. He was given the wrong address but went through a lot of trouble to find me ! The whole experience was top notch and what I would expect from Lexus. More
