I visited Lexus of Arlington on 3/24/2021, with an appointment with Oksana. I was greeted upon entering the dealership. I waited a bit until she finished up with another customer. In my opinion, there isn't a great amount of integrity in sales. There were recent damages that occurred after the initial owner traded it in to Lexus of Arlington. Substantial damage to front bumper and near the back tail gate. Apparently, this damage was caused by an employee, while parking the vehicle in the lot. This was not pointed out by the sales person, Oksana. This car original price value should have been dropped after the damage was reported. No, it was still priced as if it was in good to excellent condition. I had to negotiate hard to get the manager, Will Smith to come down more off this vehicle. Will didn't want to spend more money to have the vehicle repaired so he opted to give me an additional $500 off the back damage. Will stated that he could get at least 14k at an auction. Bad customer service!! A course they stated the vehicle was being sold "As Is". I purchased the vehicle but not really knowing how much the damage would cost to repair. After having thie vehicle damage estimate this will cost $2200 to repair. This gets better. The finance person Kamil, appeared to be in a hurry and unconcern with this deal. He pushed to sale the extended warranty. Kamil said the price was discounted at 2400. My problem is that he didn't try to offer any other options so I can get the warranty on.my budget. I didn't come in the dealership with the expectation of having to purchase a warranty. I explained that I didn't have the extra money today. However, I was interested in the warranty. Peephaps I can purchase the warranty in 2 weeks. This was my inquiry for other options to meet my budget. No, other options were given. I wasn't pleased with this purchase. I do like the vehicle. Oh, on top of all this the trunk cover was missing and that will cost me $701, to replace it. The vehicle price was 16,495. The Kelly Blue Book value in good condition starts at 12995. When purchasing from this dealership pleaae make sure you thoroughly examine the vehicle . More
