low standard of service I went in for my 15,000 mile service and I was informed that it was no problem to get the car wash (only open to people with service appointments), wa I went in for my 15,000 mile service and I was informed that it was no problem to get the car wash (only open to people with service appointments), wash the mats, and vacuum. They did a poor job washing only the front mats and did not vacuum. When I questioned the invoice about the charges for a "failed" tire alignment I got a negative attitude. I am going to a different Lexus next time. More

Where's my battery? It took some time, but I finally have my h300 working as good as new . This means a lot to me. I've driven an Infinity, BMW's and several lexus.
