I bought my used Lexus July 24,2020, brought it back a week later for some add-on’s that I paid for, and was owed. I’ve been back and forth about three (3) times to Arlington Lexus trying to complete t week later for some add-on’s that I paid for, and was owed. I’ve been back and forth about three (3) times to Arlington Lexus trying to complete the work, and I have another appointment for 25 August 2020 to hopefully finish the overlooked issues regarding the reconditioning of the inside of the vehicle. I like the people that I’ve met here who have been very helpful and professional. From Anthony, the service manager to Haresh, service consultant to Adriana, in sales. But I’m tired of coming back and forth here. Thus 4/5 stars P.S. I didn’t make a stink about the tires, which need replacing now. 🙄 More

low standard of service I went in for my 15,000 mile service and I was informed that it was no problem to get the car wash (only open to people with service appointments), wa I went in for my 15,000 mile service and I was informed that it was no problem to get the car wash (only open to people with service appointments), wash the mats, and vacuum. They did a poor job washing only the front mats and did not vacuum. When I questioned the invoice about the charges for a "failed" tire alignment I got a negative attitude. I am going to a different Lexus next time. More
