An issue with a tire problem was also resolved and the service person was extremely helpful looking over all of the possible issues regarding both problems that might be involved. Haresh Trivedi spent a great deal of time, as he usually does, trouble shooting the issues I mentioned and explaining everything to me in and understandable and patient way. The experience is something I can’t describe. What was supposed to be a delightful car buying experience ended in a humiliating and hurtful experience. We came back second time to buy a vehicle we initial supposed to be a delightful car buying experience ended in a humiliating and hurtful experience. We came back second time to buy a vehicle we initially test drove. We were first dealing with Adriana who seemed pleasant but somewhere her tone changed and she said “I don’t want to play any games here, you don’t either” when she wanted to tell us he was giving us the best price. Her choice of words might not be the best and my uncle wasn’t comfortable with dealing with her and asked for someone else. It was a disaster after that. ALEX CASTRO did everything he could to utterly humiliate us. I swear I couldn’t understand why he was like that. This man seemed like a RACIST, UTTERLY RUDE, JUDGMENTAL person. He made snarky comments about my shoes, kept saying “IF YOU ARE NOT TEST DRIVING THE CAR 99.9% OF THE TIME THEY DON’T BUY A CAR AND THEY WASTE MY TIME”. He basically wanted us to GET OUT. My family was very patient with him and respectfully left. My uncle said “if you can do $42000 give me call please”. He responded with “No, you have my number, you call me if you change your mind” He was at $45000 for a brand new car. I was shook. I’ve never been treated like this. Instead of leaving yelling and telling this man we DID NOT DESERVE THIS, I stayed back for 35 mins calmly to talk to him about his behavior in private. I wanted to understand his thought process. He was a person of color himself, I couldn't believe we were treated like this. Long story short, he was apologizing to me saying he will be better, but let me tell you, he was so sarcastic and humiliating the whole time. I told him he shouldn’t be apologizing to me but instead to my family in the car. This man is the most ignorant and pathetic sales person I’ve dealt with. Even at the end, I was very nice to him, but he has to be the worst person I’ve dealt with in a long time. This man needs to be reprimanded. This experience has left me shook and extremely hurt. Of course, we would not want to bring business here, but NO HUMAN SHOULD EVER HAVE TO EXPERIENCE THIS. PERIOD. More

The waiting area is huge with extensive selection of refreshments and many options of where to wait; many tv areas, tables with chairs, private single cube spaces with writing desks. I have absolutely no issues with that aspect, that was all excellent - my concern relates to the waiting area and failure to enforce basic pandemic safety precautions. Jose was always masked, had sanitizer on his desk for customers use. Customers and staff were not masked and were wondering around in the waiting area. Unmasked wandering customers were talking on their phones or to other individuals. Customers without masks and without washing or sanitizing their hands enjoyed the snack bar. Requiring customers to sign documents, receipts with a commonly used pen is very unsafe - particularly when there are not any cleaning or sanitation supplies. It would be quite simple and respectful to all to modify a few of these dangerous practices. And not requiring everyone to always wear a mask indoors in the common areas is very shortsighted and quite dangerous. More
