first time lease I was happy with the friendliness of the staff at this dealership, but they were very obscure about the lease deal. I have never done a lease before and it turns out the pricing came in very high. They offered $599 a month with $5000 down and 7500 miles per year. Their online offer was $3999 down with $499 per month and 10000 miles per year and a free first month payment. I only figured this out after I returned home and was browsing the lease deals online. I did go back and they agreed to go up to 10000 miles with no break on the money down or monthly payment. I can't believe they gave me a worse deal than advertised on their own website. I called another dealer in Schaumburg and they confirmed that this lease pricing was very high. As a person who is new to leasing, I felt I had been taken advantage of by this dealer. More

The work is always done well, staff is friendly & helpful. I was surprised the bill was so high. I thought we were doing the 65,000 mile check, and the differentials and wheel alignment.
