Service was good. but my breaks on my 2019 GX 460 still squeal when cold or wet out. Not pleased and quit embarrassing when it happens. Good service, a bit pricey I came in to turn in my 2017 lease and buy a 2019 or 2020 Lexus 350ES. The original price that your sales manager offered me was insulting. He worked on my behalf to convince your sales manager to offer me a price they he should have offered me in the first place as this is the 4th Lexus I have either bought or leased from you. There was no need to make a pleasant experience a frustrating and aggravating one. not sure who that sales manager was, but he might make you a few more dollars, but in the long run, he will cost you many customers.
