Scheduled Service for Oil Change Beware of consumer fraud at this Lexus dealership. Arlington Lexus is falsely advertising Fully Synthetic oil change coupons on their own website at Beware of consumer fraud at this Lexus dealership. Arlington Lexus is falsely advertising Fully Synthetic oil change coupons on their own website at $59.95. I can’t believe Lexus corporate would tolerate this type of deceptive advertising practice. I scheduled a service with their representative and clearly communicated in writing that I want the $59 oil synthetic oil change but when I arrived the assistant first said I do not need an oil change and then stated that he can’t perform the oil change for that price and is not applicable. I questioned the integrity of the business approach and asked for a manage to clarify. He said no managers working today. I asked for a follow up call and yet to hear back from the shady management. It was very unprofessional and a waste of time. They can’t do an oil change for $60 on the least expensive Lexus they definitely not touching my LC500. Sad, real sad being a Lexus customer would never go to this dealership. Spend you dollars where they appreciate your business. More
