Recently visited the dealership for two purposes. First, I dealt with Alex Castro regarding the expiration of my lease. Very personable and professional. Once I told him I was going to purchase the vehicle upon termination of the lease, he provided me with all the information I needed to complete the process next month, including the ability to trade in another vehicle as part of the process. Second, I met with Jose Garcia in Service. Had an issue with the rear wiper which was making noise. Like Alex, Jose was very personable and professional. He examined the problem and with the help of the mechanical staff, was able to resolve the problem in a short amount of time. In addition, he took it upon himself to check the remaining life of the brakes (when I was there in June, I was told I would need brakes in short order). He told me I had 3 mm left and that it could wait until my next service appointment in June. No pressure at all. Very satisfied with the people I have encountered at AL. Top notch people and service. Mostly good experience purchasing a new ES Hybrid. Was able to negotiate off the $2500 protection package. Mohammad was friendly and seemed genuinely interested in making sure we were happy. The finance manager was a bit too pushy with extended warranties and protection agreements - we probably had to say no at least eight times. The experience was OK but this level of presssure and upsell in the finance office is not what I expect at a Lexus dealer. More

Was advised during the purchasing process that a second key was in progress. This occurred in October and it is now Mid-January. Highly recommend for any future purchasers to obtain documentation. Unfortunately, “one key coming” on a folder is not sufficient. To this day, I have not received any follow up or updates. Shame to see the level of dishonesty people are willing to reach for a commission. More

I brought in for 2 CV boots to be installed and got a quote for $715. Dropped it off and they said it was $715 per side, so double. They said I needed 2 struts and a muffler too. $6,000 for 2 struts. I got the conversion kit for $1,000, so they want $5,000 to put on 4 struts. More
