The Marcin Ajdukiewicz - General Manager Jim Cooper - Pre-Owned Manager Basil Destefano - Finance Manager BE AWARE !!! These people are LIARS !! They have convinced me to return my leased vehicle with over milage earlier then my termination date promising to cover all expenses for remaining payments plus over milage fee. I really had no problem to continue driving my vehicle till the end of the lease. They have asked to pay 2K to cover some of over milage fee out of my pocket which I did. How little did I know what is waiting for me in the next 6 months after getting new lease signed with these people from Lexus of Arlington dealership. After 6 months I have received collection notice that I still owe 4K for my returned vehicle. Even my payment of 2K wasnt processed at the dealership. All the promises made in order to lure me into signing a new lease were LIES !!!! I left multiple voice messages and sent tons of emails to Marcin Ajdukiewicz asking for resolution but received no respond. Did he put my 2K in his pocket and disappeared ?? Jim Cooper has sent me email saying that "we both been around the block and i should know how it works". Well, obviously these people know exactly how to make their scam plan work in order to get what they want. Try avoid them at any cost because at the end of the day you are the one who ends up paying for all negligence and fraudulent promises of these people. So sad that such reputable car brand dealership is being represented by such untrustworthy employees. I really hope this feedback will be helpful not only to regular consumers like myself to avoid being scammed but also to Bob Rohrman Auto upper management and owner himself to get rid of this shame. More

SC430 Service Brought car in for two problems, chattering brakes and a dash rattle. Was told steering angle and yaw sensor adjustment would resolve it. Brakes stil Brought car in for two problems, chattering brakes and a dash rattle. Was told steering angle and yaw sensor adjustment would resolve it. Brakes still chatter at the end of a stop, if not as consistently as before the service. Despite providing concise detail and a iPhone video recording of the dash rattle, technician "could not replicate". Rattle present while pulling out of the parking lot. Oh, and after numerous complaints about the situation, nothing but dead air. Winning. More
