Service stop. Delivered the solutions to my expectation. I am new to the area and was shopping for a dealer among the choices by trying them out. Arlington Lexus met my expectation. They delivered to my satisfaction on the maintenance and my request for answer on a couple of technical topics. Jose was pleasant to work with and showed willingness to respond to all my requests including speaking to a knowledgeable technician. This is not a visit for any repair or trouble shooting and therefore, I have no appraisal on their technical competence. All in all, a pleasant experience, business like, not loaded with PR gimmicks, and to describe it more precisely, there is nothing that is displeasing. The waiting area is pleasant. Not a very important criteria but a bonus - it is quite over-sized. Another dealer I tried was at the other extreme of the spectrum by being very under-sized and uncomfy. One minor suggestion is - it will be nice if the dealer can stock some apples (for customers only) than just munchies and cookies. More

I was informed by their sales guy if I lease or buy another car from them I will not pay anything for any minor damage to my previously leased Lexus I I was informed by their sales guy if I lease or buy another car from them I will not pay anything for any minor damage to my previously leased Lexus IS 350 (the car I returned was in immaculate condition, with 8000 miles under), so,the day I turned the car in I purchased another car at the same dealership. Three weeks later I receive a bill from Lexus Financial Services saying I owe them $350 for a disposition fee and $650 for scratched on my rims. STAY AWAY... they don't care about you. I've purchased/leased for last 10 years, multiple high-end cars but this sort of loyalty means nothing when you are at Arlington Lexus. Buy anywhere but there.... More
