Stay away from Neuse car salesman -- will lie for deal We leased a car from this dealer three months ago, and we're pleased with the car and the price we paid. We were originally pleased with the salesman (Neuse was the salesman -- not sure about the spelling), until yesterday. At the closure of the deal, we noticed that the winter mats were not included, so we asked him to include them in the deal before signing the paperwork. He agreed and said he would take care of it -- no problem. End of story. Until I go to pick them up yesterday, and he says the deal is off. Then in front of the manager managed to waffle on whether he actually made such a promise to begin with. Shame on Neuse for lying directly to my wife and I and backing out on a promise at the point of sale. The manager originally went along with the lying salesman, but when I threatened to contact Bob Rohrman directly about this (which I am still going to do), he released the promised mats. The car is fine; the deal we received was fair; but when a car salesman lies directly to my face and my wife; and then does so again in front of his manager; I'm sorry, but there's no excuse for that. How did you think I was going to react Neuse? My strong recommendation is to avoid this salesman at all cost!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He does not belong in this business. Folks -- what do you think the chances are that I'll ever get another car from this dealership? Zero.
