In an unhurried fashion, Tom reviewed my service records then shared his professional advice. (This LS will be given to a family member in the next two months.) Tom scanned the database in order to select the exact high-performance new tires for this model. I asked him to replace the battery,wiper blades and do a wheel alignment. Tom provided a loaner car and this service was completed in a matter of hours . I look forward to purchasing the new 2018 LS so I can continue this “win win” partnership with Arlington Lexus and Tom . More
