Sold me a broken used vehicle they didn't maintain. Is now making fixing it extremely inconvenient. Delivery was dirty. Paperwork was slow. Follow up and registration also slow. The salesperson though, Nus, awesome guy. Him and Jose in service are the only positives I have about this place. When I test drove the vehicle I noticed a shake in the car that I assumed was imbalanced tires. They told me it was likely a flat spot, easy fix. Ended up going through with the purchase on a Saturday. The paperwork for which, took way too long and it seemed they had considered me a low priority since I was buying a 2014 and not a new car, and because I was only 22 years old. So treatment of the customer was pretty horrible. When they delivered the car to me it had been barely cleaned as the wheels were riddled with brake dust which I assume was overlooked because they just wanted to close for the Saturday night. Also, the vehicle was delivered to me with 40PSI in the front tires, 37 PSI in the back left and 33 PSI in the back right. So it obviously seems that the upkeep on this certified vehicle was non-existant. So delivery of the vehicle was subpar. Returned with the car on Monday to get things addressed. Those things were: Fix the shake in the vehicle, address the navigation screen laminate peeling, get an answer as to why the car was delivered dirty and with unbalanced PSI. To my horror, the service man came back and told me that the shake was in fact due to two blown struts and 2 bent wheels.... on a certified vehicle I just purchased.... I had to leave that day to return to Iowa for school so they switched out the wheels and I would address the issue and get it fixed back at my local Iowa Lexus. Once i left for the trip to Iowa I got a TPMS notice, and now apparently whenever they switched the wheels it caused an error with the TPMS. So now I have a constant TPMS light and no electronic monitoring capabilities. Selling me a vehicle that you obviously didn't maintain well at all, really horrible. Next, after a carwash, I found that the vehicle also now has condensation coming into both the headlights. There is a notice out for this from Lexus though since 2015, but the dealership didn't think to actually do this.... it's 2017. Took it to my local dealer in Iowa and they have now said they won't fix the struts under warranty because whatever caused it wouldn't be covered under warranty. They said in fact that the vehicle had ran something over, maybe a curb, which blew the struts, bent the wheels and pushed the bumper ever so slightly into the headlights, breaking the seal. Great. The car sold to me now has two blown struts that won't be fixed by another dealership. This just builds onto the fact that Lexus of Arlington has no idea what state their cars on their lot are in. Called Lexus of Arlington to get this fixed. After some huff and puff and them trying to blame my local dealer and vice versa, they said they would fix the car but refused to pay my local dealership to do it. So now the car I just bought has to be driven back to Illinois, a 5 hour drive, so that it can be fixed. All because they sold me a car they didn't check and maintain and because they refuse to pay my local dealership to fix their mistakes. Additionally, the registration paperwork for this has taken forever. Were it not me calling the dealership and asking why this is taking so long they never would have mailed it out. A called 12 days after I purchased the car asking if papers have been submitted. "Oh, no, we were waiting on proof of insurance from you". Well maybe I should have been told that so I could provide it. So now I'm just trying to get my car fixed to what it should be in some way that is somewhat convenient. This dealership sold me a broken car. Put me at low priority for executing paperwork. Delivered a dirty vehicle. Now is making the fixing of vehicle a hassle. If I could, I would return the car and go somewhere else. I would like to get the issues addressed but my complaints either fall on deaf ears or on people who consider it of no priority. More

In addition she started asking whom you meet at first and what was his last name and God knows what else. Honestly this is horrible and terrible experience when some one try to judge you from your skin color or what you wearing. More

Do not BUY!!! I WILL NOT ADVISE ANYONE TO PURCHASE VEHICLE FROM HERE AS THEIR WHOLE SALES DEPARTMENT IS FULL OF SCAM ARTISTS. I BOUGHT THE VEHICLE LAST WEEK AND HA I WILL NOT ADVISE ANYONE TO PURCHASE VEHICLE FROM HERE AS THEIR WHOLE SALES DEPARTMENT IS FULL OF SCAM ARTISTS. I BOUGHT THE VEHICLE LAST WEEK AND HAVE TO SPEND AT LEAST $3,000 WORTH OF REPAIRS ON IT AND HAVE ALREADY SPENT $1,500. I ALSO EMAILED THEIR GENERAL MANAGER MARCIN AJDUKIEWICZ, NEVER HEARD ANYTHING BACK. ALL I GOT IS A RESPONSE FROM THEIR USED CAR SALES MANAGER JIM COOPER WHO BLAMED ME THAT MY TRADE IN VEHICLE NEEDS MORE THAN $6,000 WORTH OF REPAIRS SO, HIS EMAIL SEEM THAT I DESERVED THESE REPAIRS ON MY NEW VEHICLE. THEY ARE SELLING MY TRADE IN VEHICLE FOR $7,000 ONLINE WHICH DOES NOT MAKE ANY SENSE AFTER CLAIMING THAT IT NEEDS $6,000 WORTH REPAIRS, EITHER THEY LIED TO ME OR THEY ARE RUNNING A SCAM HERE. ALSO, THEY HAVE NOT PAID OFF MY OLD VEHICLE AND NOW I HAVE 2 LOANS RUNNING AT THE SAME TIME, VERY DISAPPOINTING. ON THE OTHER SIDE, THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT HERE IS REALLY PROFESSIONAL AND SERVICE ADVISOR JOSE GARCIA TRIED TO HELP ME IN EVERY POSSIBLE WAY. 0 STAR FOR SALES AND 5 STARS FOR SERVICE DEPARTMENT. FOR GOOD SALES EXPERIENCE, I WOULD RATHER SUGGEST WOODFIELD LEXUS OR GLENVIEW LEXUS. THE TAGLINE WHEN YOU SEARCH THEM ON GOOGLE SHOWS "SERVING AREAS INCLUDE PALATINE, BUFFALO GROVE AND ARLINGTON HEIGHTS" INSTEAD OF THEY SHOULD SHOW "SCAMMING AREAS INCLUDE PALATINE, BUFFALO GROVE AND ARLINGTON HEIGHTS".
