The facility is really nice and I'm looking forward to coming back for carwash with my kids and let them have some fun here. One small negative: Since the car I bought is "used", this dealer's policy is to fill up the gas tank to only 3/4 which was very surprising. I was told that the buyer gets a full tank of gas only on a new car. More

My previous car was a Lexus that I bought there and I was always completely satisfied with the car and the service. So rather than walk in and take a chance with the first salesperson who approached me, I went to DealerRater to research the dealership. The reviews for Alex Castro really stood out - all 5 star reviews. Based on that, I made an appointment with Alex. The reviews were spot on. Alex is a great salesperson! He took his time explaining each car we were considering, and informed us of the differences between them so we could make an informed decision. He is extremely knowledgeable. We were not rushed or pressured in any way whatsoever. He made it a wonderful experience. I highly recommend Alex if you are looking for a car. More

They are trustworthy and nice people. Haresh helped me to understand what was wrong and explained everything to me very simple. Now this is my service place. I will go there again. Very high price service charge I brought my 2005 RX330 to Arlington Lexus for a pair of rear shock absorber replacement. The service advisor (Ryan Lange) quoted me $1584 incl. tax. I brought my 2005 RX330 to Arlington Lexus for a pair of rear shock absorber replacement. The service advisor (Ryan Lange) quoted me $1584 incl. tax. I thought it was high and told him that. He said he would give me 10% discount as a loyal customer ( I bought the car there as new and came back for service ever since). I still hesitated to go ahead with the repair and asked if he could do anything. He quickly offer me additional 5% discount which is a total of 15% discount. The new price with 15% discount is now $1346. I still not sure if this is the fair price. I then called a couple places to check price. To my surprise, Naperville Lexus and Woodfield Lexus quoted me a price that is a lot lower, $1022 plus tax (tax on $700 parts is around $70). So, the fair market price should be $1022+$70=$1092. Working out the math, Arlington Lexus service over charged me $1346-$1092=$253. Consider this is already taking %15 discount off the original quote because I am a loyal sucker! So, the moral of the story is don't be lure by the nice amenities of the Arlington Lexus facility. They also often offer low price on oil change. Their tactic is to give you the little stuff, then steal on the high ticket repair items. If you still like to go there, be sure to check price on the high ticket item repair. I think they have to charge a high price to pay for the big fancy place. I am cheap and rather drop my car off to an honest nice and clean Lexus deal for service. More

Wonderful Experience We came to Lexus of Arlington as long time Toyota drivers. We were interested to see the differences offered by Lexus. My husband and I were greeted warmly by the receptionist. Very nice young lady who made us feel comfortable from the start. We were referred to Alex Castro by a family member. Alex was very professional and enthusiastic about the quality of the vehicles, service from the dealership, and their new (outstanding) facility. He explained options available and listened to our questions. Alex showed us various options on the vehicles we test drove. We leased two cars that day- an RX350 and an ES350 Financial paper work was easily completed by Basil D (RX) and Zia Hanna (ES350). Both men were knowledgeable and pleasant. The Technology Specialists, Peter Demos and Terry Krawrzyk, work with my husband and me separately on our specific car. Their explanations of the warranty and options available on the cars were clear and precise. Both gentleman invited us to call or return with questions. After over 40 year of driving and many vehicle purchases and/or leases -THIS WAS THE BEST EXPERIENCE. Kudos to Mr. Alex Castro and Lexus of Arlington! More
