I bought my previous Lexus from this dealership 6 years ago and there was no doubt or question in my mind where to buy my next car. The new facility is AMAZING! You have to go see the second floor with a cinema, massage chairs, golf area, children's play area, beauty salon and much much more to do when waiting for your 'free' car wash or just waiting for you car to be serviced. Hassle Free? Made me feel like I was cheap! Went in to look at a 2010 Infiniti G37 coupe. It was priced higher then most 2010 coupes that were uncertified with 56k miles. Only reason I came to the Lexus store is more Lexus cars are marked up alot and I figured this was room for negotiations with my trade. It wasn't worth 19500 without a warranty. This salesman kept interrupting me enough every time I asked a question saying that doesn't matter and this doesn't matter that I had to walk around just to relax and blow off steam. Even in front of the manager at the desk he was just rambling on about how i didn't bring up a warranty. I just wanted a simple warranty for 12000 miles and I know they sell them. He got upset when I asked about a warranty and started mouthing off at me. Make sure you use Dealer Rater or cargurus before buying here because you need to know the value off the cars before shopping here. That being said I did talk to other salesman there while mine was driving me nuts and there are alot of great people there that know how to work with you. Management did not get involved before I left otherwise I would have bought the g37 coupe. More

Hassle free buying car is possible! I was in the neighborhood just coming out from Patrick Hyundai dealership. After checking their 2016 Tucson I was disappointed with that dealership se I was in the neighborhood just coming out from Patrick Hyundai dealership. After checking their 2016 Tucson I was disappointed with that dealership service and with Hyundai Tucson building quality compared to high price for top of the line model. I can tell that I enter this Lexus dealership almost by accident with almost no desire to by a car. After spending there only half hour I realised that I am at right place and that people from Patrick Hyundai should come here for in service. Sales representative Criss and manager Igor Zigic was super helpful. I was impressed faith Lexus NX performance and building quality which over excited Hyundai Tucson for 5 classes both small difference in prices. This is my first Lexus ever but 7th brand new car. Definitely first one which I bought and not been on the edge to start fight with sales representative because they trying to sale me "wild cat in the bag" Thanks Lexus of Arlington Heights. You guys rock!!! More

The problem I have they didn't admit it was their falt , my car its always very clean , but service manager told me maybe it was like that before , and send me to delta sonic for detail car wash. Service manager wasn't a nice person from the beginning, but it is so unacceptable for a Lexus dealership . I am not coming back again because of the terrible service, eventhough it is a beautiful facility, it's not worth it. More
You DONT need the drama We brought our car into this dealership for a simple oil change. Once again We were told it needed a host of other things done. So, Once again we brought teh car into another Lexus dealer. It was confirmed that we did NOT need any other other work as usual except one item. In addition, Arlington forgot to put on the rubber gasket around the oil filter. It was good we went to another dealer to check on the lie as would have had a severe problem when all the oil would have drained out. You can say everyone makes mistakes- however this goes way beyond simple mistakes. We had a problem with our headlight. Once again Arlington came to he rescue with their usual BS stories. they sad it would cost us some $1700 to replace. This was before the headlight recall. We went to Highland park Lexus and had it replaced for FREE and keep in mind this was before the recall. Brought teh car to Arlington for the 2nd headlight and we were told the headlight was OK, Had it replaced at Highland Lexus FREE because it needed replacing and it was under the recall. We now go out of our way to go to Highland Park lexus and to stay away from Arlington. All we heard was Sorry this and Sorry that from Arlington and had to tell our story several times to different people with teh ending always being "Sorry about your experience with us come back and I will personally see that you are treated right. Drama and BS. Oh by the way the one thing that DID ave to be repaired was $300 LESS that Arlington. More
The Lexus Experience at the New Facility :-( I have been a loyal customer to Arlington Lexus. I traded in my 2011 RX for a 2015 NX. The vehicle is wonderful the "new facility" disorganized and I have been a loyal customer to Arlington Lexus. I traded in my 2011 RX for a 2015 NX. The vehicle is wonderful the "new facility" disorganized and not at all as it appears. I had a refund coming on my extended coverage and GAP insurance. I was told 4 weeks 6 weeks maximum. Here I am 7 weeks later. Nothing but a run around, no refund of my money with many excuses, change in staff, new office manager, office manager out sick so the place is at a stand still, Really?! Promised returned telephone calls and they never happen. It makes me wonder about manipulating the funds to over the extensive overhead they now incurred with the facility. Not that my tiny credits cover the overhead - but cumulatively -- I have to ask? Today after calling and asking for a manager since Jesse never followed through and Eric is no longer employed at this facility, I have been told one of my refunds is in, but they don't know which one or for how much? 7 weeks and NO ANSWERS, NO REFUNDS and endless promises. Ridiculous! Then, I was able to get much better financing on my own than what Lexus provided. Told them I need the GAP refunded on the NX since I went with the better rate I obtained. Well, I was told they won't even process that until they refund my trade in. Seriously?! Go to any other dealer who will value your business AFTER the sale closes. Clearly this "new" facility has changed and not for the better. More
