Very courteous and trustworthy service. I went for a flat tire repair and found out the tire was badly damaged and couldn't be repaired. Because I only had my Lexus for 4 months so the dealership replaced th tire repair and found out the tire was badly damaged and couldn't be repaired. Because I only had my Lexus for 4 months so the dealership replaced the tire for free. They didn't have too, but replaced it anyway. Excellent service! More

My local dealer. Brought my 350xl for 6 month service. Waited for car and was very disappointed because they would not give me a drink of water. Luckily it was pleasant weather and I waited outside.
