I went in for a 30,000 mile maintenance. The staff- fantastic. The ease of getting an appointment- fantastic. From what I can tell the quality of service is good. I was annoyed that my car light went on for maintenance 5,000 miles too early so I ended up doing maintenance 3,000 miles earlier then I needed too.
