We initially contacted Lexus of Birmingham is email asking about our vehicle listed on their website. Justan Banks responded within a few minutes answered all of our questions and physically went to th asking about our vehicle listed on their website. Justan Banks responded within a few minutes answered all of our questions and physically went to the vehicle to get more details based on our questions. He was very responsive and stayed in contact with us as we were making a decision to buy the car. We live in a different city and couldn’t pick up the car for a couple of days and he continued to keep us updated until the morning we picked it up. He was very knowledgeable about the car, helped us set everything up (car settings, Lexus app, preferences, etc.) and spent plenty of time going over almost all the features, answering questions, making sure we were comfortable with the car. He even gave us his cellphone number to call if we needed him to walk us through any issues or “how to” questions once we got home and had a chance to drive it in our normal routines. I don’t think we will need to call him because he went over so much and took as much time as we needed before we drove off the lot. We can’t recommend Justan enough. He deserves 100 stars! This was the best car buying experience we’ve ever had. More
