We purchased our first Lexus (always owned German cars) two weeks ago. From the moment we walked in all the staff were friendly, the showroom is clean and bright. I went to other dealerships (not Lexus) and the showrooms were depressing - dark, dingy and unmotivated sales associates. We worked with Alex Yanes; he is a terrific, down to earth person. Not sales-y or push at all and has a very relaxed demeanor, he was also great with our twins during the paperwork process! Alex, helped us get the TX in the color combo we wanted. Unfortunately the second set of keys were not provided so he personally drove the keys to our home when he received them. So far I am extremely happy with the TX and Lexus of Bridgewater. More

We came to Lexus of Bridgewater at the recommendation of a work friend who had recommended Eddie (Edward Ruggirello) to help out with our purchase due to an unexpected accident totaling our last car. Our first visit Eddie introduced himself, was polite, well mannered, was not pushy, but gave recommendation on the model we were looking for. He went out into the cold NJ winter air in just his suit to show us 3 different models and took his time explaining them to us. And although we did not give any signal we were buying yet he still thanked us for coming and that it was a pleasure to speak with us. We then kept in touch and he sent us many polite emails with different models with different options. The option we had wanted was not available but we decided to pay him another visit and he sat down with us and even printed a lovely little message thanking us for coming back at his desk. We picked out the car, put a reservation on it and met with the finance office, Joelle, who simply just wanted to introduce herself to us. The third time we met they managed to find the car in the color and package options we needed. We pulled into the parking lot and were met with a red bow on top of the car waiting for us. He prepared another note with a thank you card, and got us going with Joelle, who I strongly believe has been the BEST experience with finance we have ever had as well. She explained every last detail of the deal and any additional packages PLUS until the very end she helped us lower the rate. Even right before we were about to leave with the car. As we were leaving Eddie took the time to set the car's technology up and made it known that if we needed any additional help there are YouTube videos that give us a simple deep dive explanation into our car's technology and that should we need anything more, our relationship does not end there. That he would be there for us if we need help. Above and beyond, sincerity and genuine. Those are the words that come to mind with everything that we experienced. Lexus is luxury, but it was Eddie and Joelle that defined the luxury experience at Lexus of Bridgewater. He presented himself very professionally and seemed genuinely interested in helping me make the right decision for me. He spent a significant amount of time educating me on all the changes and improvements on the new ES 350. I was not ready to make a purchase at that first meeting.
