Purchased a certified is250 and also leased then purchased an is300 from lexus bridgewater. After i purchased out the 2020 is300 lease we heard a ticking sound in the dash (sometimes) I brought it purchased an is300 from lexus bridgewater. They finally heard it and dedicated more than a full day on my used car taking apart the dash and ensuring the noise did not return the next day. No one else would have cared to spend all that time on a little ticking sound but Lexus bridgewater. And this is only a 2020 is300. My husband and I have leased Cadillacs over 15 years and never received service like this. After i purchased a Lexus for my daughter i experienced this wonderful service-Rich remembered me every time i called. He always suggested what was needed at what time for the car. He knows everything about the cars and is a very nice person. We also purchased a used 2009 Honda accord 8 years ago from Lexus Bridgewater which is still running great in 2023. More
