I and my wife went to visit this dealer last week, and again on Monday testing drive a RX 350, end of buying the car right away. We gave a price we thought it was good enough to Wayne, Wayne went to the m again on Monday testing drive a RX 350, end of buying the car right away. I have been a loyal customer Of Lexus of Bridgewater for over 10.5 years. I've purchased 3 vehicles from Joe Fass and their service dept is the only one I have ever allowed to touch or service any of my 3 over 10.5 years. I have had the opportunity to work with just about all of the service consultants, their chief Tech (Jim) and their Service Manager, Ron. I definitely consider myself one the more fastidious and critical types of customers with very high expectations, espcially when it comes to servicing a high end luxury vehicle. I can honestly say that Ron G. and his team not only consistenly meet my expectations, but almost always exceed them. Over the past 10 years there have been several occasions when I've made a non standard request, or pushed backed if I may have been completed satisfied with something, and they have always, 100% of the time, made the situation right. I cannot ask for anything more than that. Rest assure that I am not the type of individual who would continue to patronize a dealership by purchasing 3 cars from them along with 10.5 years of religious scheduled maintance and non routine service, unless I was completely satisfied and delighted with the relationship. The sale is very much a short lived transaction, but the care, service and maintance experience is one that will definitely make or break the relationship. I would just like to thank Ron G. and his team for their continued excellence in service and to keep up the great work. See you in few weeks for that 50k service! More
I am never disappointed with my service when Shana Sarcona is my service consultant. Shana will immediately be there to wait on me when I arrive. Finally, I am never left without assistance in getting to work since she will always have a loaner available for how ever long my car is serviced. I had a very pleasant experience with Wayne DeGroff when I went shopping for a pre-owned vehicle. I was very impressed with his patience. He took his time to show me what they had to offer in the way of u I went shopping for a pre-owned vehicle. I was very impressed with his patience. He took his time to show me what they had to offer in the way of used vehicles and explained all of the features and differences. He even took me on a tour of the service department. I also didn't realize the difference in warranties on a certified vehicle. I got a certified pre-owned vehicle that looks brand new, and the warranty is 3 years. That's just like a new car warranty. Thanks so much! I will definitely be back when we are in the need for another vehicle. More
We have worked with Lee Halpert, Sales Manager for about 15 years and leased numerous vehicles between myself, my husband and children. Lee is a SUPER DUPER GUY and we just love him!!! HE IS THE BEST IN T 15 years and leased numerous vehicles between myself, my husband and children. Lee is a SUPER DUPER GUY and we just love him!!! HE IS THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS AND WILL DEFINITELY TAKE CARE OF YOU FROM THE TIME YOU ENTER THE DEALERSHIP TO THE TIME YOU LEAVE! He has bent over backwards to make sure we are ALWAYS happy. He has gone out of his way on several occasions where he didn't have to lift a finger. I will tell you a short story. My son got a flat on the NJTPK and Lee went there with an associate, changed the tire and sent my son on his way. He could've said, call roadside assistance, but because of his extreme good nature, he went out of his way and helped my son out. That is truly over the top service! I also had the pleasure of working with Glenn Treich, sales associate who is extremely knowledgeable and a SUPER NICE AND FUNNY guy!!! We spent quite a long time together and he made me feel very comfortable and under no pressure. He walked me through the features on my vehicle, called me the next day to make sure everything was fine and extended himself if I needed any additional help. If you are in the market to lease or buy a Lexus, you can go to any dealership, but if you want service, knowledge and friendly people who will bend over backwards for you, make sure you purchase or lease from Bridgewater Lexus.
