The exterior condition of my CPO 2018 LS500 was misrepresented by the dealership. I purchased this car out of state and I depended totally on the description of the car given to me. I was told that the exterior was "pristine" even after I requested information about ANY exterior blemishes. I was told there were no blemishes on the body if the car. When the car was delivered there was significant damage to the left front bumper. The damage was obvious. It could not have been accidentally overlooked by the dealership. The damage was documented by the delivery company as having been on the car prior to pick up at the dealership. I obtained an estimate to repair the damage, from a local body shop. I sent the estimate to the VP at Lexus of Bridgewater, asking for reimbursement of the approximately $800 of damage. One month later, the VP has completely ignored me. No communication at all. I spoke with Eddie prior to my arrival at the dealership to inform him of what my expectations were and what I was looking for in a vehicle. Once I arrived, it was an AMAZING experience. Eddie was attentive in listening to my needs and my budget. I never felt pressured or rushed to make a decision in purchasing a vehicle.
