There is tons of competition and options and buying a car is a big enough pain as is....shouldn't have to settle for anything but the best- Eddie R. meets my high bar. Also, I came across Lexus of Bridgewater and Eddie R. by complete accident, it was logistic, close to work and time frame I could test drive, I had never met him before or been to a Lexus Dealer. WOW, a happy accident- I would/will buy another car from him and this dealer without hesitation. I have and will continue to recommend that my friends, family, contacts see him, Eddie R. specifically to have THE BEST service and car buying experience. I dreaded the idea of car shopping, I am not an experienced car buyer, I'm also a young woman (some sales people see dollar signs) so I was hoping for someone knowledgeable but also patient. Also, I was shopping around, so I didn't want someone harrassing me, fast talking me, while I was deciding if I even wanted a Lexus. I have to give credit to the car, as well- my CPO 2015 Lexus crushed the comps on test drive and in my research. But I didn't just want the best car, I wanted the best price and service. Eddie R. was kind and helpful through even the negotiations. I never felt pressured and honestly never hesistated to ask additional questions. Even post sale, I bought 6 months ago and I still feel like I can call Eddie R. (and have). He is yours sales peson before and after sale- he will tell you this, but you can actually believe it. He is just an all around pleasure to work with and I feel like he cares that I LOVE my purchase. Another reason, that I hope whoever is reading weighs my words heavily when choosing a dealer- I'm busy and I've had writing a review on my to-do list for awhile...it was that important for me to get it done because Eddie R deserves to read this and if my review makes buying a car easier for anyone, I'm glad. I can't imagine that you won't be happy with your experience and if you do your research and decide Lexus is right for you, I can't imagine you won't fully enjoy your vehicle. I call it my spaceship, with the automation and power adjustments and how it glides down the road (mine happens to be Nebula Gray too). More

We are repeat customers of Lexus of Bridgewater and our second purchasing experience was better than the first one which was over 16 years ago. We looked at 3 other dealers, but chose Lexus of Bridgewater. Eddie was very receptive to what I wanted in a car and help me to quickly narrowed it down to the automobile we purchased. We had some time constraints in completing the purchase and Eddie made it possible for us to schedule an appointment for a day later when we were able to meet with Alex to complete the paperwork. Eddie delivered on ALL the promises that were made during the sale and after the sale with great follow up and attention to details. I am pleased to say that it was a wise choice to drive into the Lexus of Bridgewater lot. Instantly my daughter found her "dream" car. it was a Lexus I300. Then sticker shock set in. Unsure if she could afford it we spoke to salesman Tony Esposito. He was very understanding of our concerns and was very honest and genuine with his advice. We agreed on a price and shook hands .Next we met with Joelle, the Finance specialist. She was very compassionate and made us feel like part of a family. The car may have been a little out of reach for my daughter , but knowing she is driving a newer, safe vehicle with Lexus of Bridgewater on her side is priceless to a Father. More

Eddie was able to answer all of our questions on the similarities and differences between the 2 models. We decided to try a new RX350 but were hoping to spend a little less so instead Eddie helped us find the perfect pre-owned vehicle. He was pleasant, courteous and friendly for the entire experience and never once did we feel pressured into something we didn't want to buy. We were in a bit of a time crunch and Eddie worked hard to make sure we were out when needed included the much wanted red bow with pictures! I didn't have time for the information piece on functions of the car so Eddie took time for me on a different day to spend time going over everything. Fantastic service! More

Best Car Purchase experience ever! I had been researching and comparing luxury cars for a few months trying to determine what I wanted. I looked at Audi, Infiniti and Lexus. I saw a vehicle I liked at Lexus of Bridgewater and put an inquiry in online. Eddie R reached out to me to see what questions I had and ask if I wanted to come down. I couldn't get to see the car until Monday early evening. Eddie said that was no problem and he would have the car waiting for a test drive. There was no pressure, no haggling. Eddie took great care of me and my wife, and the next day we went back and purchased the Lexus ES350. Finance person Alex was also great. I will recommend Lexus of Bridgewater and Eddie R to anyone I know looking at a Luxury vehicle and will go back again for sure! More
