We were introduced to Eddie Ruggirello whom was very knowledgeable about the car we were interested in. We decided to move forward with it they had every color but the one we wanted. Eddie was not pushy trying to get us into one of those colors .He was more than happy to go to his other dealer and get the the exact car we wanted for the next morning. Management and the finance department went Above and Beyond in getting us into our price range. Eddie spent all the time needed to explain every feature of the car and how it works to my daughter which was very helpful. Anytime after the sale I had to call Eddie for something he returned my call and was just as friendly and the same person he was when he was selling us the car. I can't say enough about going there and seeing him to buy your next Lexus. On a final note when the plates came in I went there in my personal vehicle which wasn't bought from them and they washed it while I waited for the plates. More
