Overall good, but can be better RX350 2016 1st visit for Airbag sensor recall inspection, the inspection time took 1 hour 35 minutes, Was told should be done within 1 hour during sch RX350 2016 1st visit for Airbag sensor recall inspection, the inspection time took 1 hour 35 minutes, Was told should be done within 1 hour during schedule on phone , not happy about the delay while it was my launch break, hurry to return to office. 50 mins wait to get loaner. After service done, the car was full of dust when I pick it up. Dont expect detailing or wash for my car but I expect at least it should be as clean as it was before dealer service, Above are some details that dealer not really pay attention on. More
