Even when an unforeseen dilemma arose where they were delayed in picking up the car, she could not have been more understanding. They had spent months looking for the right car and the fact that they were able to find it along with the great purchasing experience they had with Dawn and the staff was wonderful! Great service There was nail in tire. First I went to nearest local tire shop, told it's not fixable, asked to replace 4 new tire. I thought since replacing new tir There was nail in tire. First I went to nearest local tire shop, told it's not fixable, asked to replace 4 new tire. I thought since replacing new tire need dealer to setup TPMS, it's better to go to dealer to get thing done in one shot. Then I came to Lexus BridgeWater, Joel did estimate that not necessary to replace all 4 tire. Nail got unplugged and tire got patched. Patched tire had been ran over 1000 miles without any issue. Thank you Lexus BridgeWater with the honest the greatest service. More
