By chance I called Lexus of Bridgewater and got Rob on the phone, thank God. His quick response and attitude prompted me to turn around and drive over to the showroom. I a half hour Rob and Eddie had located the exact vehicle several other dealerships told us "did not exist" and at a very competitive price. We picked up our new RX350 this evening. I thought my wife would cry as Eddie pulled up with her new car adorned with a giant red bow on top. This was typical of our experience. Very nice people More

I was planning on visiting the dealer Saturday 8/27 for a test drive and consider buying the car, but I threw my back out and needed emergency surgery on Monday 8/29. My wife and I didn't want to lose the opportunity to purchase the car but there was no way we could get to the dealer because of my surgery. With Labor Day weekend approaching we were concerned someone else would purchase the car we wanted. Wanting to make sure we didn't lose the car, our salesman, Eddie R worked with my wife over the phone for two days to set up the financing and insurance requirements. After we agreed to everything we still had no way to complete the transaction since I just got home from the hospital and could not drive. Eddie R personally offered to deliver the car to our house 50 miles away on his day off. We thought he was crazy and it sounded to good to be true. He showed up today with all the paperwork and within an hour the new car was sitting on our driveway. Although this wasn't a Lexus car, Eddie R and Joelle of his finance department provided remarkable customer service.. My wife and I highly recommend Lexus of Bridgewater especially Eddie R because he went above and beyond what any dealer ever did for us in 30 years. When we decided it was time for us to replace my wife’s 2008 Volvo, I suggested that we give Lexus of Bridgewater "a look", even knowing that the gentleman, who had sold me my vehicle in late 2011, was no longer employed there, meaning, I knew none of the sales personnel. 3. My service consultant strongly suggested that we ask to be guided by salesman Eddie R., which truly turned out to be a great recommendation, for Eddie is caring and comprehensive, candid and knowledgeable. 4. Eddie afforded my wife an opportunity drive as many as 5-6 different automobiles during our four visits, and in some instances, she drove one of these cars a second time, as he intelligently suggested she should absolutely determine her comfort levels by comparison.
