Absolutely the best service is found at Lexus in Bridgewater New Jersey. We have owned Lexus since the 1988 sedan and have never gone anywhere else to service our cars and we have had a total of six Bridgewater New Jersey. Me and my son had nothing but a good experience at Bridgewater Lexus. Just started looking at cars from other dealerships and the day was off to a rocky start. When we walked in we were expecting to walk right out but were immediately greeted by Eddie and from there on it was nothing but comfortable. We were treated better than we have at other dealerships and Eddie did nothing but help us and keep us happy. He gave alternatives and solutions to problems, made the process move efficiently and quickly, never rushed us and made sure we were ok with our decision, and made us comfortable while waiting. I have been dealing with dealership for over twelve years now. First I will say the Dawn, salesperson, has always gone above and beyond in the purchase of our vehicles especially during COVID We purchased ou now. We were very specific in what we wanted and she was able to find the exact vehicle that we wanted and there was no premium charges as many dealers were putting on new and/or ordered vehicles. This dealership is very unprofessional. They are dishonest and use sad aggressive tactics to obtain what they want. What they didn't realize was I have a financial and legal background and They are dishonest and use sad aggressive tactics to obtain what they want. What they didn't realize was I have a financial and legal background and I was able to identify their bluff. I was informed that I had an open loan with them, which I knew in actuality that I did not have an open loan. Their salesperson (Issac) repeatedly called and left text messages to the point of harassment. The only way that I was able to stop those aggressive calls and text messages was to reply back stating that I would file a harassment complaint if this continues. I now started to receive calls from the GM (Eric), stating that he will reverse a car deal that was signed off on and approved by the bank. Unfortunately, he felt the need to lie and say he has the power of doing this but legally he did not have. I am writing this review to inform everyone, that a dealership does not have the power to force you to sign any document you feel the need to not sign. Have someone that is a legal expert review prior to signing off on any document and take as much time as you want. It is the dealership responsibility to ensure that all documents are received prior to executing a loan. More
