During my research I visited both your Lexus competition and the other brands, The former were generally OK, but somehow I always kept coming back to Ed to ask questions During the process of comparing the latter (Cadillac, Mercedes, BMW, Audi) to the ES350 Ed was very patient in explaining why the ES350 was a better deal since it offered what the others were offering (sometimes more) at a better price..
