The process was smooth rolling once I met Edmond Carlock. He remembered my cousin and was happy to help me. I was certain about what I wanted and he did not try to sell me the farm. He was patient, calm and very knowledgeable of his craft. He gave me his best offer and gave me time to leave and think about it, since it was my first time getting a luxury car. I asked him what time he would be there until, he told me and I told him I would call back. I called back we took care of everything and I picked my New Lexus up. There was no going back and forth with the financial services manager Scott Giarraffa as well, he worked the financer and was ready to close the deal. Edmond took care of everything and all went great! This is the first time of my many car purchases over the years that it went this smooth. Edmond also took the time to give me a tutorial on my vehicle before I left the lot!! Thanks Edmond for an awesome experience. More
