But once they know they get locked in the deal, you see their true color. Eddie was atypical. Anyway what I bought was inexpensive and cheap but he made me feel like I was buying $90K car. Most of all, I tipped him $100 at my car's door he refused to take it. That's unique and that's the reason that I write this review I just usually do review dealership because I am skeptical pure and simple. If you are looking for a car and happen to end up in Lexus of Bridgewater please ask for "Eddie R" and you will never regret your decision. More

Just an easy car buying experience Just picked up a 2015 GS from this dealer and it was a pretty effortless transaction. I worked with Ed Carlock and he was upfront and honest with me throughout the process. When discussing the pricing, he didn't leave me stranded for 15 minutes to 'check with his manager' and in total, I might have spent 30 minutes talking pricing and options. Communication was also great as I bought the car as it was sailing across the Atlantic and Ed always kept me up to date on its progress. Scott Giarraffa was the Finance guy that I was working with and he also didn't try to upsell me on anything. We went through the paperwork clearly and he showed me exactly how much I was getting the car for, what the finance rate was, what the monthly was, and how much total interest i would pay if I kept the loan going for the entire period. Overall, everything went well. Did I leave some money on the table during negotiations? I probably did, but they need to make money too and I need to not sit there for 3 hours while we hammer out the last 15 cents of the contract so I'm okay with that. More

Eddie Ruggirello and I spoke early in the week. He provided the 2015 RX details I requested and followed up with me to ensure we had no gaps or disconnects. Imagine that! I showed up in their showroom on a saturday and closed a deal on a car in close to 90 minutes. Even the comedic, King of all Finance, Scott Giarraffa made the experience a home run. My Chrysler lease is up in 10 months - it will be a pleasure to avoid Decozen Chrysler in Verona and give Bridgewater Lexus a shot at the business. Eddie earned my business, how about yours ! More
