I do not like writing reviews, good or bad, but after my outstanding experience shopping at Lexus of Bridgewater, I felt that I had to write something. I had been to the dealership a few times and each time I was greeted warmly by the receptionist (I am sorry that I did not get her name). However, I was so surprised that she knew my name after my first visit. My salesman was Eddie Ruggirello and was probably the reason that I bought the Lexus RX350 over the Acura MDX. He was so laid back and easy to work with while maintaining a level of professionalism.. Eddie was extremely detail oriented and knowledgeable about the car I was interested in. He answered all my questions honestly and never pressured me to buy the car. He has the patience of a saint and was never pushy. The car that I purchased had so many technological features that I was afraid I would never be able to drive it out of the lot. Sometimes he had to show me something twice but he always did it with a smile and never made me feel stupid. If there was a 10 star review, I would give it to Eddie. Thank you Eddie! Peter, Len and Adam were also great to work with. When I get my next car, I will come to Lexus of Bridgwater. More

First off, I would like to start by stating that I rarely take the time to do any dealership reviews because the experience is almost never outstanding BUT the extremely satisfying service I received from Ed take the time to do any dealership reviews because the experience is almost never outstanding BUT the extremely satisfying service I received from Eddie Ruggirello require a glowing review of Lexus of BridgeWater. From the very first exchange I had with Eddie S, I felt at ease and comfortable with driving all the way from Baltimore to Bridgewater with my 2 year old daughter and father in tow. We ran into an issue heading to the dealership and ended up showing up very late but Eddie and Rodger went out of their way to make sure we were taking care of. The amazing customer service we received was equally matched by the state of the dealership. It is extremely well kept, well maintained with ample food in the lunch room, the restrooms were pristine and there was a very nice entertainment room off of the very large and well light showroom. My daughter had a wonderful time and was entertained by Eddie and the very nice lady at the reception who both tended to her with toys and cartoon shows. Eddie S is an outstanding gentleman, family man and exception sales consultant. We never felt pushed or rushed as part of the process and we felt immediately at ease around him. He promptly listened to all the questions we had and made sure they were fully answered. His knowledge of the car we were purchasing was impressive and showed that he took the time to study the car and provide all the needed answers. He held my daughter for a while while I was tending to some business and even took the time to send a very nice and touching thank you note. Who does that nowadays!!! A truly pleasant experience from the beginning to the end which is something I've come to never expect from any car purchase!!! Rodger Pannucci was equally pleasant and worked with us to ensure that we were happy with our car purchase process. His straightforwardness, disciplined and very pleasant demeanor were greatly appreciated. Eddie, Rodger and Lexus of Bridgewater have exceeded all my expectations and earned my referrals and business for future car purchases. Thanks to the Lexus At Bridgewater for such a fantastic transaction. This is the 3rd car we leased from Bridgewater Lexus. We worked with Lee Halpert. He is a great guy to deal with. Just a straight forward honest guy. I want to share my amazing experience with this dealership. Earlier in the month I went to another Lexus dealership and put a deposit down on a white with red interior 2014 IS 250 F sport (rare co dealership. After being stringed along for over a week they were not able to locate and produce the vehicle for me and wanted me to just keep waiting on promises. Wanting to take advantage of Lexus's March Event I did not want to keep wasting my time.. so, I decided to call and try to find the car myself. Not as easy as I thought. After failed attempts calling several dealerships, I called Bridgewater. . this is when, I wished this was my first call. After speaking with Max Campbell at Bridgewater Lexus in just a few minutes, he gave me hope that I might just get the color I wanted. I mean, if you are going to pay a month for an IS250 F Sport better be exactly what you want ;). He assured me he was going to research his inventory and get back to me asap and so he did. Max called me and said he had located the vehicles (my brother was getting one too but in black / red interior) and could get them at his site in a couples of days. We came in signed, put down deposits and waited.. always updating us through emails and phone calls, vehicles arrive a few days later and we were both ecstatic!! 3/22/14 - At this time, we are meeting with the financial manager, Adam Brenner (you will be lucky if you get this guy). He sat me down and said really sincere.. " We have bad news, good news, and very good news". Of course, bad news first.. my heart had already sunk :( my smile disappeared.. in a way, it seemed to good to be true anyway. Everything working out so smoothly, so he says "When we looked over the vehicle we saw that it had damage.. most likely from the transport". I was thinking to myself.. Yup, I knew it, to good to be true.. so then I look at Adam and said "So, what's the good news?" Good news is that we have the exact one you want but in the IS 350 F sport. Oh great, but in my mind I am like.. ya.. and who can afford those payments, no thanks.. and he says with a huge smile "And the very good news is we will honor the same exact deal and contract" !!!! Talk about keeping your word!!! If I could of screamed, I would of :D Thank You Bridgewater, Max, Adam and the big guy upstairs that kept all their promises and made it happen! You guys are the best!! And, this is why.. Went to schedule my first service visit. Person that scheduled was pleasant and very helpful. Later I was called back from someone in the service department to "set the ground rules"!!! are you kidding scheduled was pleasant and very helpful. Later I was called back from someone in the service department to "set the ground rules"!!! are you kidding me! after have cars serviced at Ray Catena Lexus for almost 10 years I was never so shocked. More than that, after spending close to 60K on a new lexis, I certainly don't need to have the service professional call me to tell me about how difficult his job is and how he has to prioritize. All I wanted is my car serviced. Really, take a lesson from Ray Catena Lexus service department. You're happy to drive an hour for their customer service. I bought the car from Kurt. He seemed okay. When I arrived at the Lexus dealership in Bridgewater I was most fortunate to encounter sales person Dave Santos. He was not only very friendly and personable but he was willing to listen to us and to take our suggestions seriously. He did not try to strong arm us into purchasing a new car. He negotiated with us and tried to accommodate our point of view, sometimes he was not able to do so but he handled it in a nice way. Dave Santos made our time at the dealership a stress free and relaxing one. Buying a new car has been at times very stressful, this time not so much. Dave Santos gives car salespeople a good name! I would not hesitate to recommend him to my friends. All the people we encountered from the very gracious receptionist to the document specialist who handled our license tranfer and the volume of paper I had to sign made the evening a pleasant experience.
