This was the first time I had been car shopping in over 10 years. I was not sure what I really wanted and was shopping all types of cars and car brands. There were no games, gimmicks or pressure. He let me walk out of the dealership after my first visit with no pressure of the need to buy. I went to other dealerships and test drove other cars, none gave me the education on their vehicles or made me feel as comfortable as I did at Lexus of Bridgewater. When I returned to Lexus of Bridgewater over a month later Joe again treated me with respect and care. He made the selection process and pricing process easy and pressure free. He took the time to go over the vehicle from back to front when I picked it up. That extra time and hands on service made me feel that I could use the many features on my own as soon as I left the dealership. It was also nice to know that Joe was willing to speak to me at any time to re-review or answer any questions I might have even months or years after I had purchased the vehicle.
