I brought my car in for a basic oil change and car wash. It was there that Keith the mechanic informed Shana, the consultant, that my car battery failed the load test. She acted in a very professional manner and it is because of Lexus of Bridgewater I am not rolling the dice wondering when the battery would just shut down in the middle of no where.
