I use to really like Cerritos Lexus Service Dept. I have to say since I’m guessing Autonation took over I’m really disappointed. All the previous Service Advisors with knowledge and experience are go I have to say since I’m guessing Autonation took over I’m really disappointed. All the previous Service Advisors with knowledge and experience are gone. The new Service Advisors are very inexperienced and seem to need help with everything. I asked for something so simple as checking the Freeon but couldn’t because they had to do a diagnostic check. Really disappointed with the last couple of visits. More
