I took my Lexus CT200h in for a battery replacement and was greeted within 5 minutes despite not being able to book an appointment ahead of time. They confirmed that my battery was still under warranty, wh was greeted within 5 minutes despite not being able to book an appointment ahead of time. They confirmed that my battery was still under warranty, which aligned with my expectation, and that they will have it replaced within three hours. I got a call that my car was ready within two hours. They also explained additional check-up they did on the car and recommended those services as well. I was aware of those items but conscious that they weren't urgent matters. I declined but appreciated that my entire experience lined up with what I expected it to be. I definitely would return here again. More
