It's a nice middle class setup but lacks the comfort and surroundings I liked when I lived in Venice and bought my Lexus at the Santa Monica lexus dealership. The entire time we lived there and hate car serviced there we were always greeted by familiar faces not the new hires that come and go at cerritos. Knowing ones service staff crests confidence in recommendations that are made. Having a long term relationship with the people you deal with affects the trust in the dealership than always changing service managers. Poor design and layout of the building also suggests less concern for customers. Cerritos is just nice not great. Wish we were still clos.e to Santa Monica. More
