My experience at Lexus of Cerritos was Great! I was greeted by friendly staff upon my arrival who were eager to help and answer any of my questions. When I met with my service provider Joe, he was very pleasant, attentive to my questions and helpful. He went over service pricing and plans that I had and really helped me understand what the different types of services were and which were really needed at my time if visit. I did not feel pressured or forced into purchasing anything additional, which was reassuring. It showed that the staff/(Joe) have integrity and values their customers. At the end of my visit Joe explained clearly and it simple terms what service would be needed, and when I should return. He pre-booked my next service and now I have nothing to worry about! More
