The challenges we had were in that our car that went in for a maintenance was hit while at the wash and then when it was being fixed they reported th The challenges we had were in that our car that went in for a maintenance was hit while at the wash and then when it was being fixed they reported that they left the driver door window open during the rain and it ruined the door controls. Lexus did fix everything which we appreciate but we do feel that they should be better about taking extra care of each car that they service so that events like what happened to our car don't happen again or in general. We're happy that the car is whole and we hope to not have future problems with the door controls and we hope to not have anymore challenges like this in the future. Linda was communicative and great. She kept us updated and informed which was helpful. More
