Joe (Joseph Avila) was an amazing service advisor. Me and the wife took our Lexus in for some major repairs that had to go through insurance, to say the least he did majority of the heavy lifting for Me and the wife took our Lexus in for some major repairs that had to go through insurance, to say the least he did majority of the heavy lifting for us because the insurance was so uncooperative. We called him every single day to check the status on our vehicle and not one time did he complain despite our constant bombarding of phone calls lol. 10/10 service advisor. I liked he wrenched on vehicles and could explain, in detail, what was involved in the repair from a techs' perspective. The experience was truly amazing. More
