Lexus of Cerritos - Service Center

When I tried calling my service advisor, Micheal Chang Mu several times without any response, I sent a text to Sonia Mendoza who used to be my old advisor before she was promoted to service manager, to find several times without any response, I sent a text to Sonia Mendoza who used to be my old advisor before she was promoted to service manager, to find out why I was not able to make any contact. Sonia immediately responded and notified me that Micheal was no longer with Lexus and I made a contact with Dorothy Lunney who was very great with providing me updates on developments on my car service. It is just tremendous that the Service Manager, Sonia, was absolutely willing to insure that I was taken care of, even if that was not her responsibility! This is the reason Lexus of Cerritos is on top of my list for great service and going the extra mile to make us customers very happy. Thank you, Sonia and Dorothy for being there for me! I might also add that when I arrived at Lexus, the service guy took photos of the entire car and pointed out that I had some scratches on the very bottom of my front fender. I very much liked the attention to detail that Cerritos Lexus provided me because many years ago, I had taken my car in to another dealership and when I picked my car up after the service was complete, I noticed that my fender was dented. The service attendant said I must have come in with the dent but I pointed out that the area of the damage was scrapped clean of dust and that it was a very recent damage. They later admitted that one of their workers backed a car into mine but did not report it! This can happen anywhere and by taking photos before the service, any damage after that would definitely protect us customers! Great idea to think of doing this! More
