My brand new Lexus has been in the shop for three days and no one will tell me what's going on. This is my 7th Lexus from this dealership and I have never encountered a problem like this. DO NOT TAKE LOANER VEHICLE FROM THIS PLACE! !! The car was in for service for an overnight service and they provide us with a loaner vehicle. They charged us with fee for smoking in the car. !! Especially my father since he had a surgery for his cancer. And I tried to call back several times to ask for this issue but no answer; just answering machine. The charge was $250. I don’t even want to talk about the cost difference between service fee from the desk to final, which was about $200. Anyways, unless you have second car to take care of your business if you have to leave your vehicle here, please go somewhere else. More
