Dorothy was friendly, efficient and accurate about the time that would be needed. She even made extra efforts to upgrade the appearance of my car after the oil and filter were changed by adding patch pain time that would be needed. My service was just a Vehicle Part Recall, but they were very flexible, and understanding even after I had missed a scheduled app, they took me right in.
